Do I have to expose the lids myself?
Digging up the septic lids isn't part of our regular septic cleaning service, but don’t worry—if you'd rather leave the dirty work to us, we offer a digging service for an extra fee. If you’re feeling handy and want to save some money, you can uncover the lids yourself before we arrive. Just make sure they’re clear and ready so we can get the job done quickly and efficiently!
Where is my septic tank located?
Are you ready for an adventure? Finding your septic tank doesn’t have to be a mystery! We can guide you over the phone on how to locate it yourself—saving you a few bucks in the process. If you're not up for the hunt, you can also contact your town or department of health for the as-built. But hey, if you'd rather sit back and relax, we offer a locating service for a additional fee. We’ll handle it so you don’t have to!
Do you pump directly from my toilet or from the white pipe outside?
No need to worry, we won’t be traipsing through your house! We aren't plumbers. We never need to access your toilet or the white pump vent. Septic pumping happens outside, directly from your septic tank. We work our magic right there—keeping it simple, clean, and quick!
How will I know if something is up with my septic system....is it failing or needs cleaning?
Great question! There are a few red flags that can signal your septic system might be struggling:
- Slow drains: Water backing up or taking forever to go down the drain
- Gurgling or bubbling up in toilets: Hiccups, or burps, especially in lowest level toilet
- Standing water: Puddles of water around your system...above your tank(s) or atop your drain field

The more usage, the more often you may need it pumped; examples such as frequent rentals, home catering biz, in home day care, well, you're extra special so you'll need a more frequent cleanse!
